Summer 2026 - Family through the lens of wellness, travel, lifestyle, connection, legacy, and meaningful living. Deadline: April 5, 2026

Fall 2026: Nourish Focused on food, vitamins, nutrition, seasonal wellness, healing through nourishment, recipes, functional health, and the rituals that support well-being. Deadline: July 5, 2026

Winter 2026: Friends. Focused on friendship, connection, wellness, travel, community, personal growth, chosen family, mentorship, self-care, shared rituals, and meaningful experiences. Deadline: September 5, 2026

Spring 2027: Focused on women’s wellness, leadership, travel, lifestyle, personal growth, business, resilience, reinvention, and the impact women are creating in the world. Deadline: January 5, 2027

Please provide either a Google folder containing all shared article Docs if you are submitting multiple articles, or a single article link if you are submitting just one. Be sure to indicate which issue each article is intended for.(Required)

Acceptance: Submitting an article does not guarantee publication. All submissions will be reviewed, and it is at the discretion of RetreatBoss Magazine to accept or reject any article.

Editing Rights: RetreatBoss Magazine reserves the right to edit submitted articles for clarity, length, and content.
Image Use: You must have the rights to use and distribute any images submitted with your article. RetreatBoss Magazine will not be held liable for any copyright infringements.

Contributor Agreement & Media Release

Grant of Rights
The Contributor grants RetreatBoss Magazine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, edit, modify, distribute, and reproduce their submitted content in print, digital, and promotional materials.
Originality & Copyright
The Contributor affirms that their submission is original, does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks, and that they have full rights to grant this license.
No Compensation
The Contributor acknowledges that their work is being published voluntarily and without payment. RetreatBoss Magazine is under no obligation to provide financial compensation, royalties, or future publication opportunities.
Editorial Rights
RetreatBoss Magazine reserves the right to edit, format, or reject any content at its discretion.
Indemnification
The Contributor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RetreatBoss Magazine, its owners, affiliates, and editors against any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from their submission, including but not limited to copyright violations, defamation, and false claims.
Media Release
If images, photos, or personal likenesses are included, the Contributor grants RetreatBoss Magazine full permission to use them in connection with their submission.
Liability Waiver
The Contributor agrees that RetreatBoss Magazine is not responsible for any legal or financial repercussions related to their published content.
Termination & Withdrawal
This Agreement remains in effect indefinitely unless the Contributor submits a written request for removal. However, RetreatBoss Magazine retains the right to decline such a request if the content has already been published in print or digital formats.
